Case Study: Elevating a Life-Saving Innovation Through Clear, Compelling Design

Merritt & Rose brought me on to help their client, The Lifeline Firehose, translate a complex, highly technical product into marketing materials that were both visually compelling and easy to understand. The goal was to support their outreach to fire departments, agency decision-makers, and industry partners by giving them a cohesive set of materials they could use across print and digital channels.

Collaborating with Merrit & Rose, I created a custom design, illustrations, web-ready interactive infographics, and print marketing materials. Using the photos and copywriting they provided, I designed each piece to support one goal: helping potential buyers immediately understand what the product does, why it matters, and how it advances firefighter safety.

The final deliverables gave the Lifeline Firehose team a polished, professional toolkit they could use in presentations, sales meetings, trade show booths, and on their website, all consistent, scalable, and built to grow with their brand.
